Ladies Bible Study (Thursday mornings)
We aim to strengthen the friendships of women in the church as we grow in our knowledge and understanding of Scripture. We meet from 10:00 am until 11:30 am on Thursday mornings to study the Bible together. All participants receive a study book in which to follow along with the lesson. Filling in the answers is optional, and we always enjoy a lively discussion. Each lesson stands on its own, therefore anyone can join the group at any point during the 10 week duration of our study. We are currently studing the the Psalms of Ascent using Lydia Brownbeck's book Journey to Joy.
Women's Fellowship (4th Wednesdays)
The women of Emmaus gather on the 4th Wednesday of each month from 7:00–8:00 pm to enjoy fellowship and grow in our relationships with one another. Our times together vary—sometimes we share a meal out, meet in homes, or gather for a craft night with all the girls and women of Emmaus. Whatever the setting, these evenings are an opportunity to connect, encourage one another, and share life together in Christ.
Ladies All-Zoom Book Study (Tuesday evenings)
We meet Tuesdays evenings from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm over Zoom to study a book together. Meeting on Zoom allows us to have women from other parts of the country and the world join us as we seek to grow in our knowledge and love of the Lord and our love for one another.
We are currently studying Mark Vroegop's book Waiting Isn't a Waste: The Surprising Comfort of Trusting God in the Uncertainties of Life.
